The Challenge for the Tiffany Trophy Cup

The International Amateur Soccer Tournament–The Challenge for the Tiffany Trophy Cup has been held in Washington, DC, the Capital City of the United States, each year since 2006 in one teenage boys’ bracket.  The 2006 Inaugural Season Champion was Sociedad Deportivo AEM of Lleida, Spain.  The 2007 Champion was A.C. United of Takoma Park, Maryland USA.       

The 2008 Tournament is now scheduled for December 5-7 with the primary focus on regional, highly-rated club teams and limited foreign team participation.                                Click here for 2008 Application Process and Forms.

Building on our success, the 2009 Tournament will elevate the level of competition               to the world stage and expand spectator appeal by limiting participation to invited teams–including at least one national team from an important World Cup country                   and academy teams from traditional, non-USA soccer powerhouse countries,                   from USA Major League Soccer and from other, select USA clubs.
